1. While Cross Border Management Inc. specializes in corporate immigration, do you represent individuals?
   
   Yes.  Responding from the demands of the general public, CBM has recently diversified to make more services available to the general public.

2. Are CBM's professional services available to the general public?
   
   Yes. Join the employees of our corporate clients who have always had the benefit of access to the immigration services CBM provides.

3. Why should I hire the services of an immigration specialist?
   
   Companies and individuals usually do not have the time and motivation to learn the government legislation, regulations, policies, procedures and practices that apply to their cases - let alone prepare the corresponding paperwork and supporting documents.
   
   Most levels of government attempt to provide information through websites, publications, directives and manuals to assist those who feel they can 'do it on their own'.  Those who have tried can tell you that it's not easy.  A simple oversight can cause unnecessary and lenghty delays or a quick negative decision which can then only be contested through appeals rights (if available) or through expensive legal proceedings that often prove fruitless.
   

4. Does CBM offer a money-back guarantee?

   No. There are no refunds for any of our services. CBM prides itself in having attained a reputation for responsive and transparent services that achieve successful results. Companies and individuals pay for that level of service. We do not have a money back guarantee policy.
   
   
5. How are your fees structured?
   
   We have flat fees for all services except for special projects.  Fees for special projects are customized for the specific job.
   
   
6. Why does CBM charge a premium for Emergency Services?
   
   Emergency Services are available to existing clients only.  It means drop what we are working on to attend to the urgent cases.  it means work evenings, night and weekends if required.  Overtime pay is more expensive than regular pay.
   
   
7. How long will it take to finalyze my application?
   
   CBM understands  that immigration work is about people's lives.  As such, we finalize cases within weeks of receiving all your support documents.  However, we have no control over how long it will take the Canadian or U.S. government to process your application.  Processing times for non-immimgrant applications are short but the processing time for immigrant applications varies depending on the Canadian mission abroad.
   
   
8. Can I sponsor an adult sister or brother to Canada?
   
   Generally, no.  The only exception is for last remaining family members.  Your brother will have to qualify in his own right.  it means that he will have to qualify for permanent residence under one of the immigrant classes.
