Cross Border Management has provided consulting services to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) , as well as to foreign governments, embassies, consulates and many companies. We have also deployed teams overseas to start immigration processes on-site at client request.

Our specialists have wide-ranging government experience. Their skills are valuable to companies and governments that appreciate creative thinking and strategic planning.

Some years ago, our firm was retained to assist a consortium of 25 companies.   We developed a strategy that allowed work permits to be issued to spouses of temporary foreign workers.   Thanks to the efforts of many, CIC announced a special program in October 1998 that allowed work permits to be issued to spouses of professionals.

We were also involved in a pilot project that would eventually speed up the immigration process for IT workers.
