Québec Immigration

The federal government has a unique immigration agreement with Québec that allows the province to administer its own Immigration Act and Regulations. Foreigners destined to live permanently or to work temporarily in the province are subject to unique rules and selection criteria specific to that province.
Cross Border Management has a close association with a former Director of Immigration in Québec who is also a CSIC member. She has many years of experience with the Ministère des relations avec les citoyens et de l'immigration in Québec, representing the province's unique immigration system domestically and abroad.
