About Cross Border Management Inc.
Cross Border Management Inc. is an independent consulting firm that provides immigration and citizenship services to companies, and more recently to individuals.
We assist employers who want to move staff to Canada, the United States and to other countries - either on a temporary or permanent basis. Managed and staffed by former senior immigration/visa officers , our company has also assisted foreign governments and Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on contract basis for consulting services.
We assist individuals who want to come as skilled workers, as entrepreneurs, and as investor. We help individuals sponsor family, same sex partners and spouses. We also simplify the Criminal Rehabilitation process.
We are proud to be the immigration service provider of choice for foreign diplomats posted in Ottawa temporarily who wish to make Canada their permanent home.
CIC has relied on our consulting services in the past when developing new programs or initiatives. Our unique insight and perspective has consistently led corporate clients to recommend us to other companies in Canada and abroad. We are proud of our record of service in providing expertise to companies over long distances.
To protect the integrity of immigration programs, Citizenship and Immigration Canada now require all immigration consultants to be an accepted member of the CSIC.
As a member of CSIC, and former Director of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, our president and founder Elda Paliga actively participates on all cases. She was recently quoted, "International recruitment and mobility of a corporation's workforce is becoming more essential in our global economy. Complex legislation and bureaucratic processes can derail corporate business strategies. One small oversight can turn into one big nightmare, where nobody wins."
Our corporate clients will affirm that a contract with us is an integral element in any company's recruiting strategy. Don't just take our word for it: read their testimonials which can be verified.
